FIELD: biochemical research using radionuclide labelled agent, more particularly sulfur-35 labelled surfate. SUBSTANCE: claimed method of preparing sulfur-35 labelled sulfate comprises irradiating metal chloride target in sealed volume in stream of rapid neutrons in the presence of oxygen at 350-450 C, dissolving the target in hydrochloric acid having concentration from 0.001 to 0.1 mole/l, the solution is passed through aluminium oxide in neutral form, and the sulfate is eluted with solution selected from ammonium solution having concentration 0.5 to 5.0 mole/l, alkali solution, hydrochloric acid solution. The positive effect of the present invention is to obtain radioactive raw materials having molar activity close to theoretically achievably and high quality properties which are essential to obtain radiopharmaceutical agents and sulfur labelled compounds.
