SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method for technetium-99m chromatographic generator from neutron-irradiated molybdenum-98 involves acid treatment of alumina till complete cessation of its interaction with alumina, addition of a prepared alumina portion to a chromatography column, and molybdenum solution application thereto, at that molybdenum solution is supplied to the column in an upward direction countercurrently to subsequent technetium-99m elution.

EFFECT: higher elution output of technetium-99m in the volume of eluent.
