FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves milling and extraction of cock crests with water followed by isolation of the end product. Extraction is carried out for three stages at ratio raw and water = 1:(4-6) for 2-4 h. Extracts were combined and treated with trichloroacetic acid at amount 1-2% of extract volume, defatted and the formed deposit is dehydrated with acetone and ether. Deposit is dissolved in water (2-4 volumes to raw mass) and 0.2-0.4 vol. p. tea extract is added to 1 vol. p. solution. Tea extract is obtained by infusion of 1 mas. p. the dried tea leaves with 80-100 vol. p. p. water at 95-100 C for 5-10 min followed by mixture keeping at 40-60 C for 1-2 h, filtration and solvent drying. Product is used in medicine for treatment diseases caused by different microorganisms. EFFECT: improved method of preparing.
