FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: consecutive focusing of slotting lamp microscope is conducted for separate structural ocular elements to determine linear characteristics of ocular elements due to microscope transposition in three mutually perpendicular planes. Slotting lamp microscope is focused in different points of posterior corneal epithelium, pupil border of iris, crystalline lens capsules to determine the depth of frontal ocular chamber in its different parts, the distance of crystalline lens from pupil edge of iris, the thickness of optic cut of crystalline lens for all axes of observation. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics to choose adequate therapy. 5 dwg
