SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to ophthalmology. To diagnose impairment of Zinn ligament condition, including early detection of crystalline lens subluxation biomicroscopy of anterior eye segment is performed by means of slit lamp. With focusing microscope and lamp ray on iris-lens diaphragm of examined eye, percussion of bones of orbital area on the same side is performed. In case if visually detectable phacodonesis is absent on examined eye both without percussion and at its background, condition of Zinn ligament is considered to be normal. If phacodonesis is detected only at the background of percussion test from the same side sprain of crystalline lens ligament is detected. If phacodonesis is detected in examined eye both without percussion and at its background, impairment of crystalline lens ligament is determined.
EFFECT: method possesses high sensitivity to detection of Zinn ligament defects with its technical simplicity and rate of realisation.
