FIELD: multilayer items providing for transmission of acoustic energy with minimal loss at interfaces of different materials: ultrasonic generators in low-acid and low-alkali media. SUBSTANCE: intermediate nickel layer coating adjacent surfaces is evaporated by electron-beam method onto surfaces and deposited thereon; in the process, items irradiated by low-energy ions of argon with energy of at least 5 keV at ion flux density up to 150 mcA/cm at nickel evaporation rate of maximum 20 nm/s and temperature of substrate up to 120 C. This procedure is followed by soldering at temperature lower than piezocrystal depolarization point, for example, not over 200 C. Tin base alloys are used as solder. layers obtained functional as heat sinks. EFFECT: improved strength of nonsplit, thermally stable integral joint affording transmission of acoustic energy with minimal loss at materials interface. 2 cl
