FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: sensor detecting nitrogen dioxide, ammonia and water has dielectric backing which carries ohmic contacts and gas-sensitive layer. Ohmic contacts are made from optically transparent film of tin dioxide with addition of antimony and gas sensitive layer is produced from oxidized diphtalocianine or rare-earth element or from its complex with iodine.
