SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Invention is a method for obtaining adventitious roots of Phlojodicarpus sibiricus (Steph.) K.-Pol. under in vitro conditions, including sterilization of phlojodicarpus seeds by hydrogen peroxide for 5 minutes, rinsing, three-stage washing for 5 minutes in distilled water, placing sterile seeds in a solid nutrient medium without hormones with the following composition: NH4NO3 1,650.000±2.0000 mg; KNO3 1,900.000±2.0000 mg; MgSO4×7H2O 370.000±1.0000 mg; KH2PO4 170.000±0.1000 mg; CaCl2×2H2O 440.000±0.5000 mg; H3BO3 6.200±0.0100 mg; MnSO4×4H2O 22.300±0.0200 mg; ZnSO4×7H2O 8.600±0.0100 mg; KI 0.830±0.0010 mg; Na2MoO4×2H2O 0.250±0.0010 mg; CuSO4×5H2O 0.025±0.0001 mg; CoCl2×6H2O 0.025±0.0001 mg; FeSO4×7H2O 2.785±0.001 mg; Na-EDTA 3.725±0.001 mg; thiamine 0.100±0.0010 mg; pyridoxine 0.100±0.0010 mg; sucrose 30,000.000±100.0000 mg; water 1,000 ml; agar 5,000 mg; further placement of plants obtained in vitro in a similar nutrient medium with the addition of auxin, wherein the plants being cultivated in the dark at a temperature of 26±1 °C, humidity of 70±5 %, subcultivation cycle is 4 weeks, when subcultivation, 1/3 of the adventitious roots are used, the obtained adventitious roots are grown for more than thirty cycles.
EFFECT: invention allows obtaining adventitious roots of Siberian phlojodicarpus under in vitro conditions with the absence of seasonal dependence of their production.
