SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural biotechnology, particularly culturing a basidiomycete micellar mass and can be used in producing liquid seeding mycelium Pleurotus oustreatus. The liquid mycelium is obtained by submerged cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus fungus on a low-viscosity culture medium and then separating the biomass. The cultivation process is carried out on a low-viscosity liquid culture medium containing MgSO4 - 0.2-0.8 g/l, KH2PO4 - 0.2-0.8 g/l, K2HPO4 - 0.5-2.0 g/l, MnSO4 - 0.0005-0.005 g/l, ZnSO4 -0.0005-0.005 g/l, dry enzymatic peptone - 0.5-2.0 g/l, starch - 5.0-15.0 g/l, sodium succinate 5.0-12.0 g/l.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to enrich animal feed with protein.
