FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: after introducing balloon retroperfusion catheter into coronary sinus the catheterization of coronary artery is conducted to infuse medicinal preparations and collect total outflowing coronary blood with its subsequent removal or purification and return into circulatory system. In this case preparation enters antegradely the defected myocardial area that is more physiologically against retroperfusion introduction for no synchronization is needed with cardiac cycle phases and especially combined action of medicinal preparation is excluded. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy, shortened period of inpatient treatment to restore lost labour capacity, decreased expenses of treatment.
