SUBSTANCE: device is made in the form of a balloon catheter, which has a channel for the conductor along its entire length, as well as a channel for balloon filling. In accordance with the first version of the device, the balloon is pear-shaped. The shorter distal part of this balloon, located at the exit of the conductor channel, has a rounded shape and is made of an elastic material pierced by a conductor penetrating the occlusion thickness. The longer proximal part of this balloon has a tubular shape and is made of a non-stretchable, dense and non-pierced material. In accordance with the second version of the device, the balloon is made of an elastic material pierced by a conductor penetrating the occlusion thickness and has a distal part located at the exit of the conductor channel and a proximal part. The larger part of the balloon from the side of its proximal part is covered with a casing having a tubular shape and made of a non-stretchable, dense material not pierced by the conductor.

EFFECT: precise and safe conductor direction both antegradely and retrogradely.
