FIELD: medicine, pediatry. SUBSTANCE: method involves intravenous administration of serum start dose at volume 100000-150000 IU, lymphostimulation with rheopolyglucin or magnitol followed by method of extracorporal detoxication by endolymphatic administration of antitoxic antidiphtheria serum in peripheral lymphatic vessels at dose 20000-40000 IU after each 8-12 h depending on toxicosis severity and concentration of blood diphtheria toxin. EFFECT: improved method of treatment.
