FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: plant has power supply source with energy-storage capacitor, switching system, reactor for wire explosion with high-voltage and grounded electrodes, wire feed mechanism, power accumulation system ands gas supply system. Energy-storage capacitor is switched by control switching gear. Introduced into wire feed mechanism is deformation unit made in the form of rings or freely rotating rollers with guide groove secured in holder and rotating round axis of wire extension with the help of rods enabling motion of rings or rollers to preset distance from axis of holder rotation. System of powder accumulation has cyclone and electrostatic precipitator having hoppers for powder accumulation, fan and classifier of baffle-vortex type. Installed in classifier chamber is guide truncated cone whose lower base is in a spaced relation to chamber wall, and upper base is formed so as to make gap parallel to slots of classifier rotor. Installed by cone axis is branch pipe supplying gas with initial powder from reactor. Hopper for powder accumulation is connected to bottom of classifier chamber by means of pipeline provided with gate. EFFECT: higher degree of dispersion of produced powder, increased productivity, reduced process energy consumption and extended nomenclature of exploded materials.
