FIELD: mechanical engineering; devices for locking and protection of containers, freight railway cars, truck bodies and other load carrying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: cable seal-lock has body with axial hole for cable and two identical fixing devices for cable, each consisting of spring-loaded ball installed in inclined hole. Each inclined hole is made in body at the same angle to longitudinal axis of cable and communicates with axial hole. One of fixing devices is arranged in body above cable, and the other is located under cable. Cavities are made in body in zone of wedging of spring-loaded balls and cable. Cavities are located symmetrically at both sides from axial hole. EFFECT: improved protection of cargoes. 2 cl, 5 dwg
