SUBSTANCE: device has lower truck 1, intermediate truck 2 and upper truck 3 placed one over another. Trucks are made of equal length differing in height and width. Portal trucks are made with increase in height from lower to upper ones at ratio 1: 3.5: 6.2. Each following truck has detachable tray and gripping members. Braking device mounted on each portal truck has steel brake shoe, screw installed in hole of bracket rigidly secured on frame of corresponding portal truck by means of fastening member, for, instance, nut and hinge connected with shoe 18.
