FIELD: weaponry, applicable for unloading of rifle cartridges by extraction of the bullet and reduction of the cartridge case neck. SUBSTANCE: the press has a foundation, post fastened on it, lever, expansion head, it is provided with a guide device made in the form of a hollow body of a clamp shape open from the bottom and top with a cover, rigidly installed in the upper part of the post. Two bullet fixing members are hinge-joined from the top on the body for restricted turning in the vertical plane, and a slide is installed inside the body for vertical movement on it, the slide has an axial through duct for arrangement of the cartridge and an expansion head in the lower part consisting of crimping rollers installed in the grooves by means of axles. The press foundation is provided with a detachable seat for cartridge cases that is rigidly installed on it. The fixing members may be made in the form of locking pawls. The detachable seat may have different diameters for installation of cartridge cases with different diameters of the base.
