FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular robotic modular bogies.
SUBSTANCE: bogie comprises a body on a self-propelled electric wheeled chassis, attachments mounted on the bogie, a bogie towing device, a main controller, a communication module and a vision module that can control the environment and correct the movement trajectory. The bogie is controlled by the main controller. The power controller and the interface module are connected to the main controller. The interface module includes input registers and interfaces for connecting peripheral devices. The towing devices are rigid and mounted in the front and rear parts of the bogie. In one part of the bogie, the body of the towing device is mounted, and in the opposite part, the bracket of the towing device is mounted for inter-engaging two robotic modular bogies. When coupling the bogies, the main controller of one of the bogies becomes the primary main controller for the entire range of coupled bogies. The main controllers of the remaining bogies go into standby mode.
