FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method comprises mixing substrate to be composted with organic filler and subsequently composting the initial mixture by aerobic treatment. Novel feature of the invention is that the substrate to be composted is mixture of preground fish stock and/or other hydrobionts, excessive activated sludge biological purification of production and town sewage, and the organic filler includes corrugated carton resulting from used corrugated container waste or fibrous paper and pulp waste resulting from paper and pup production waste. Moisture content of the initial mixture is maintained within 40-60 %, and fish stock content is at least 60-65 wt % total weight of the initial mixture. EFFECT: more efficient treatment method.
