FIELD: waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fermentation of manure, droppings, fecal, household wastes, and drains to produce biogas utilized for heating dwellings and cooking in cottages, garden cabins, and farms and simultaneously producing biofertilizers. Apparatus has vertical casing with shaft provided with stirring device drive, overflow pipes, connecting pipes for biogas withdrawal in upper part and postfermentation sediment withdrawal in lower part. Stirring device has at least two stages of elastic members, and loading pipe has at least two rows of gates, e.g. those with counterweight and sealing cover. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 1 dwg
