FIELD: waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to utilization of vital activity products of cattle, fowl, man and vegetable refuses to produce biogas. Bioreactor contains casing with fermentation chamber in its lower part and gas space in upper part. The latter communicates with gas collector enclosing floating bottom with biogas withdrawal connecting pipe and hydraulic gate. Solid-phase fermenter is disposed on the outer side of casing. A transparent partition is disposed concentrically with floating bottom to form additional gas space over solid-phase fermenter containing, in turn, extendible partition, optionally with joint.
