FIELD: ecology; methods of decontamination of liquid wastes by means of low-temperature plasma. SUBSTANCE: toxic and harmful wastes are destroyed in special-purpose plasma reactor by means of vapor plasmatron at reduced pressure of medium obtained by means of water-packed ring-type vacuum pump. Processes of hardening and cleaning the reagents are effected in centrifugal sparger provided with autonomous recirculating loops for liquid absorbents; neutralization of residual traces of submicron volatile particles of toxic and harmful agents is performed in distilled water bath. Products thus obtained are accumulated in receiver for their commercial use or are burnt in smoke stack at excessive oxygen. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 cl, 2 dwg
