FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: gear testing geodetic level has massive base 1 which carries autocollimator 2, vessel with liquid 3 and tested geodetic level 4. Objective of autocollimator and pentaprism 5 which overlaps half of entrance pupil of autocollimator are mounted on one location. Bubble of level of tested geodetic level 4 is brought out to center. Autocollimation image of mark is matched with mark proper of autocollimator with the aid of lifting screws with simultaneous viewing through eye piece. Image of sighting mark of tested geodetic level 4 should match same mark. Angular value of mismatch is measured by means of scales of autocollimator. EFFECT: improved authenticity of teat. 1 cl, 1 dwg
