SUBSTANCE: traction stirrup has tubular segment 1 with recesses, inserts 4 positioned within segment 1 for limited movement within it and provided with openings for receiving threaded pins extending through recesses. Threaded pins have handles at their one ends and spherical pivot joints for plates covered with poroplastic material. Spherical pivot joints are positioned on other ends of threaded pins. Cable securing eyelet 19 is made in segment end. Nuts are screwed and washers are positioned on pins. Side of washers adjacent to segment is configured similar to outer surface of segment and side adjacent to nuts is made flat. Plates with pins are connected by spherical pivot joints.
