FIELD: lifting engineering. SUBSTANCE: winch has drums 2 and 3, input and output links, housing 1, and drive. The drive is made up as a system of gears that includes a wave gear with wheel pair 17 and 18, at least one of which is deformable, wave generator, and is secured to housing 1 and the other one is connected with the output link. The generator is provided with gear toothing 35 which engages the input link, e.g., conical shaft-gear mounted inside housing 1. The winch has additional pair of wheels 25 and 27 which are mounted coaxially to the major pair. At least one of the additional wheels is deformable and provided with a generator. The generators are mounted for permitting rotation about the output link in the plane perpendicular to its axis and rigidly interconnected. The winch may be provided with an additional drum with cylindrical shanks 37. The output link is provided with two intersecting openings at both of its ends, the openings being arranged in the same plane, and dummy openings with a cone arranged on the end faces of the output link.
