FIELD: antenna assemblies for mobile facilities such as motor vehicles, satellite television systems, and metering antenna assemblies. SUBSTANCE: device has fixed base, revolving platform, operating mechanism for rotating platform about vertical axis and lifting antenna assembly relative to horizontal axis by means of electric drive and manual drives. Antenna assembly rotating and lifting mechanism is, essentially, planet-and-wave differential transmission with gears arranged in tandem. One part of this transmission is used to transmit torque from electric motor and manual drive, second and third parts of transmission are responsible for lifting antenna assembly and rotating it by holding antennas or platform in position with aid of locks. Device performs dual function of antenna lifting and rotating which enables reducing number of lifting and rotating mechanisms, manual drives, control gear, and provides for two-fold reduction in quantity of electric motors.
