FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: aromatic dogwood alcohol, 9-11 l; solution of anise oil in alcohol, 0.1-0.3 l; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 11-12 l; aqueous-alcohol liquid, the balance. Treatment-and-prophylactic properties of vodka allow to use it for treatment of gastric disturbances, and as antiscorbutic preparation. Vodka has slight citric tint. EFFECT: improved organoleptic properties and broadened assortment of vodkas. 1 tbl
