METHOD OF SPECIAL VODKA PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry, particularly, production of special vodka "MODERN". SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of aqueous-alcoholic solution in terms of 40-% strength of vodka. Prepared solution is thoroughly mixed, and passed through carbon-cleaning battery with filtration speed up to 40 dal/h for fresh carbon, and up to 30 dal/h, for regenerated carbon. Then solution is directed to finishing tank. Preliminarily dissolved in ethyl rectified alcohol in ratio 1:100 cinnamon oil is introduced in the finishing tank simultaneously with aqueous-alcoholic infusion of lime-tree blossom prepared by single-stage infusing of lime with aqueous-alcoholic liquid, and with the following filtration of infusion. The ingredients introduced in finishing tank are mixed, corrected, if necessary, and directed to bottling with obligatory filtration. Prepared special vodka has the following ratio of ingredients, l/1000 dal: lime-tree blossom aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist discharging, 3-3.5; alcoholic solution (1:100) of essential cinnamon oil, 0.1-0.3; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 20-25; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance.
