FIELD: microbiology, antibiotics. SUBSTANCE: method involves fermentation of producer - Acremonium chrysogenum on nutrient medium containing carbon and nitrogen sources and mineral salts under aerobic condition followed by filtration of cultural fluid through filtration system at transverse flow. This system is polymeric or ceramic filter (pore size is 4-200 nm). Filtration is carried out at the rate 1-10 m/s. Solution filtration is carried out during fermentation by replacing filtrate volume in fermenter with water or nutrient solution. EFFECT: improved method of antibiotic preparing. 4 cl, 2 tbl
