FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has phase-synchronization unit which has external magnetic circuit with stator phase-synchronization winding, inner magnetic circuit with rotor phase-synchronization winding, which is located on non-magnetic sleeve which is mounted on shaft of motoring assembly which is supplied from power transmission unit which is designed as induction motor. Said units are located in single housing and spaced along its axis. Rotor windings of units are connected in series. Excitation winding circuits of motoring assembly are connected to circuits of stator phase-synchronization winding of phase-synchronization unit. Magnetic circuit of excitation winding is designed as two lines of brace-shaped magnetic circuits one of which is located magnetic circuit of stator along its cylindrical surface. Another line of brace-shaped magnetic circuits provides ring which is mounted on non-magnetic sleeve which is located on shaft of electric motor and is fixed by flanges.
