FIELD: methods of creation of optical effects. SUBSTANCE: mirrors in cells are mounted at angle in plane perpendicular to axis of motor output shafts. Motor and laser are connected with control unit. Mirror cells may be U-shaped in form. One upright is connected with mirror near which circular electromagnet is mounted. This electromagnet is connected with control unit through cell rotational regulator and modulator. All converters, regulators and modulators are provided with autonomous controls. Device may be also provided with sensors and stabilizers of cell rotational speed. Sensors of parameters being measured at accompaniment may be arranged inside housing; they are connected with control unit 2 of device. Mirrors are rotated by motors operated through control units 2. Rotation is effected at inclination to plane perpendicular to axis of rotation. Light beam is modulated and rotational speed of mirror and angle of their inclinatin relative to above-mentioned plane change periodically. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 12 cl, 13 dwg
