FIELD: pulsed power sources. SUBSTANCE: capacitor has porous ion-conducting separator with carbon electrodes and electrolyte-impregnated conducting graphite layers 1.0-10 mcm thick, deposited on its surface, electrolyte- tight and electrolyte-inert current collectors around electrodes isolated over capacitor perimeter with insulating and sealing layer. Capacitor is manufactured by sequential evaporation of carbon-electrolyte mixture and mixture of finely dispersed graphite with particle size of 0.01-1.0 mcm and electrolyte in the amount of 1-10 mg/sq.cm in terms of graphite onto separator surface, manufacture of current collectors, capacitor assembling, and its encapsulation.
