SUBSTANCE: laser of 1.24 mcm wavelength has pumping source, fiber-optic conductor containing 1 to 30 mol percent of P2O5, fiber-optic conductor sections containing 11 to 39 mol percent of GeO2 which are, essentially, Bragg's fiber-optic gratings each forming blind distributed mirror of optical resonator for first Strokes component and mirror functions as output distributed mirror of same resonator.
