SUBSTANCE: laser suitable for use in pumping units of fiber signal amplifiers for broad-band fiber-optic communication systems instead of electronic repeaters has pumping source in the form of fiber-optical conductor whose matrix includes phosphor oxide. Proposed device has also two pairs of BraggТs fiber gratings that form distributed mirrors for first and second Stokes components bonded with phosphor oxide as well as long-period gratings providing for output of beams from first Stokes component bonded with silicon and/or germanium oxide and generated by pumping laser beam as well as first Stokes component bonded with phosphor oxide.
