SUBSTANCE: invention is a nutrient medium for introducing grape meristems into in vitro conditions, containing ammonium nitrate, potassium nitrate, calcium nitrate, calcium chloride, magnesium sulphate, sodium phosphate, iron sulfate, sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, boric acid, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, copper sulphate, cobalt chloride, myoinositol, thiamine, pyridoxine, 6-benzylaminopurine, sucrose, agar, water at the following component ratio, mg/l: ammonium nitric acid 350-450; potassium nitrate 1000-1200; calcium nitrate 400-500; calcium chloride 50-70; magnesium sulphate 300-350; sodium phosphate 150-200; iron sulfate 27.8-30.0; sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate 37.3-40.0; boric acid 6.0-6.4; manganese sulfate 22.0-22.6; zinc sulfate 8.0-9.2; potassium iodide 0.40-0.80; sodium molybdate 0.2-0.3; copper sulfate 0.02-0.03; cobalt chloride 0.02-0.03; myoinositis 50-100; thiamine 0.2-0.5; pyridoxine 0.2-0.5; 6-benzylaminopurine 0.2-0.5; sucrose 20000-30000; agar 5000-6000; water - the rest up to 1.0 l.
EFFECT: increasing the survival and regeneration of meristems, contributing to a proportional decrease in the consumption of mineral salts.
