FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device consists of source of pulse optical radiation and source of microwave radiation. The discharging chamber is pressed to the surface of a part to be worked and connected to the source of microwave radiation through a wave guide. The source of optical radiation is connected with the discharging chamber through a light wave guide that passes along the axis of the microwave guide. At the end of the light wave-guide is objective focused to the surface to be worked. The discharging chamber has two radial openings connected with a pump. The wave guide is coaxial and flexible. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 1 dwg
