FIELD: industry of synthetic rubber. SUBSTANCE: polymerization of butadiene-1,3 is carried out in battery of at least three reactors arranged in-line in the medium of hydrocarbon solvent. Catalytic system consists of diiododichlorotitanium and triisobutylaluminium. Process is carried out in the presence of titanium tetrachloride which is added to the 2-d reactor and dialkylaluminium chloride or alkylaluminium sesquichloride added together at least with one of titanium compound at concentration 0.1-1.0 mole per 1.0 mole titanium compound.
