FIELD: medicine, hematology. SUBSTANCE: blood and its components were irradiated by impulse X-rays and the absorbed dose in air near outlet window of irradiator is 1-5 Gr per impulse. Irradiation of donor blood and its components inhibits lymphoid cells and decreases risk of organism-recipient immunization and prevents the secondary illness "transplant against the host". Method can be used in oncology and hematology, for bone-marrow transplantation. EFFECT: improved method of preparing.
