FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has base, tubular column mounted on base and composed of telescopically conjugated parts, four slides mounted on column, cable and pulley system with handle, with one of pulleys being mounted on third slide, when viewed from the top, loading devices formed as springs and provided with holders. Slides are secured to column parts having maximum diameter. One of holders is mounted on first slide, when viewed from the top, by means of spindle providing angular rotation of holder in vertical plane. This holder has retainer for fixing its angular position. Retainer is positioned on second slide. Second spring holder is mounted on fourth slide for changing position of this slide in vertical plane.
