FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes 3-carboxaldehyde derivatives of quinoline and naphthyridine of the formula (I): where: A, Y, R1 and R2 have values given in description. Compounds can be used by injection route. Specific example of these compounds is 1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-7-[(1S, 4S)-5-methyl-2,5-diazabicyclo-[2,2,1] -hept-2-yl] -4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxaldehyde.
