FIELD: mechanical engineering; engines. SUBSTANCE: in proposed rotary piston engine coaxial shafts are fitted one into the other. Inner shaft is power takeoff shaft 3, and outer shaft is gear wheel hub 21. Pistons 13 and 13a are fitted on central bushing 12 secured on power takeoff shaft 3 forming working chambers between pistons 25 and 25a arranged on disk 24 installed on gear wheel hub 21 and working surface of housing 1. Rotor rotation conversion mechanism is made in form of reduction gear consisting of four non-round gear wheels, two of which, being in meshing, and made incomplete and are provided with teeth cut to piston divergence angle.
