FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has cylindrical housing with outlet port and spark plug. Pistons installed on coaxial shafts in housing form working chambers. Housing accommodates also power takeoff shaft and mechanism changing alternately angular velocities of pistons made in form of reduction gear consisting of non-round gear wheels with equal eccentricity. Intermediate shaft is also installed in housing. Housing is provided also with air suction port with suction branch pipe, compressed air discharge channel with discharge branch pipe, and channel for cooling liquid with intake and outlet unions. Intermediate shaft is used as power takeoff shaft. Pistons are secured by semihubs, three of which are secured on inner shaft and three on outer shaft. Each pistons has working chambers at both sides. Reduction gear consists of non- round gear wheels with completely cut teeth, two of which are secured on each discharge shaft, two on power takeoff shaft, one on inner shaft and one is made integral with outer shaft. EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability, increased specific power and liter capacity, improved combustion of fuel, enlarged range of application, reduced exhaust gas toxicity and specific mass. 10 dwg
