Vaccine has the following strains: F. necrophorum ВИЭВ N "Кр-1" - DEP and/or F. necrophorum ВГНКИ N "Neva" - DEP, Actinomyces (Corynebacterium) pyogenes ВГНКИ N 4/2334 - DEP, Staphylococcus aureus ВГНКИ N 7315 - DEP, Cl. perfringens of type A ВГНКИ N 28 - DEP and also anatoxin from the strain Cl. perfringens of type A ВГНКИ N 28 - DEP, and adjuvant - aluminium hydroxide or saline solution, for example, physiological solution. Vaccine can contain additionally immunostimulating agent ГМДП. Vaccine is stable, shows the enhanced immunogenic activity and provides safety immunity in cattle for necrobacteriosis control.
