FIELD: veterinary microbiology. SUBSTANCE: vaccine has adsorbed complex water soluble antigens extracted from microbial cells of strain Fusobacterium necrophorum H-89-5 and H-89-29 DEP NIISX of I and II serotypes. Extraction is carried out with enzyme which destroys cell envelope. Strains were grown separately, biomass is separated from cultural fluid, microbial cells were disrupted, antigens were optimized by microbial protein content, mixed with equal volumes (by protein) and adsorbed. Microbial cells were disrupted by enzyme action in aqueous medium, centrifuged, supernatant is inactivated with formalin and diluted with distilled water. To prepared complex water soluble antigens 30% aluminium hydroxide (3% solution) is added at the following ratio of components per 1 l vaccine, vol. complex water soluble antigen of Fusobacterium necrophorum of I serotype 30-40; complex water soluble antigen of Fusobacterium necrophorum of II serotype 30-40; formalin 0.3-0.4, and aluminium hydroxide (3% solution) 25-30.
