FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and microbiology. Described is vaccine for prevention of anthrax and necrobacillosis in animals. Vaccine contains formalin inactivated exotoxin-leukocidin adsorbed on aluminium hydroxide, as well as suspension of living spores of anthrax vaccine strain 55-VNIIVViM in physiologic saline. Vaccine also contains glycerine, saponin and sodium salt of chitosan succinate in certain proportions. Besides, described is method of producing such vaccines. Described vaccine exhibits high efficiency owing to increasing length of immunity animals in vaccine against anthrax and necrobacillosis.
EFFECT: invention can be used in veterinary science.
