FIELD: tyre production and waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: flashes from automobile tyre production are processed on rolls 1500-660/660 with minimum roll opening until cure rate 0.1-4.5 conditional units (ring module) is achieved, after which 5-12 weight parts of binder - non-cured protection rubber production waste - is added. Resultant mixture is agitated to form homogeneous mass, 3-5 weight parts of bitumen per 100 weight parts of cured waste is added, mixture is further agitated and 1-3 weight parts of sulfur is added. Even, smooth sheet of regenerate is taken off rolls and standard plates are pressed at 160 C for 10 min. Characteristics of cured product: conditional extension strength 8.7-10.9 MPa, stretch ratio on rupture 240-300%, residual elongation 6-8%, Shore hardness 54-59 cond. units. EFFECT: improved performance characteristics. 2 tbl
