FIELD: rubber industry and waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: cured waste - rubber 4161 flashes are fed onto cold surface of rolls 1500-660/660 with minimum roll opening. Treatment cycle is fulfilled and cure rate (ring module) is determined. When value 20.1-25.0 conditional units on rolls is attained, 0.5-3.6 weight parts of sulfur per 100 weight parts of waste is added. Treatment is stopped in reaching cure rate 1-20 cond. units. Resulting regenerate is pressed into standard plate at 170 C for 10 min. Characteristics of regenerate: stretching strength 7.18-8.5 MPa, relative elongation 180-290%, residual elongation 4-8%. EFFECT: improved performance characteristics. 2 tbl
