FIELD: construction of water-development works, at dry repair of underwater sections of water-development works made in the form of sheet pilings. SUBSTANCE: the device uses a working chamber in the form of a buildup sectional framework with a bearing working stage and with attachments in the form of brackets, arrangement for discharge of water from the working chamber; a gauge frame is attached to the sheet piling and surface part of the upper structure of the water-development works, and the built-up sectional framework of the device working chamber is furnished with two compartments with pipe connections alternately filled with water for increasing the pressing of the device to the gauge frame; the arrangement for discharge of water is positioned directly in the working chamber.
