FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: construction of multistoried dwelling buildings is effected with use of three-dimensional modules with arrangement of spatial volumes of premises of each apartment in two levels, and this gives increased volumes of premises in apartments, improved degree of their natural lighting, and reduced cost of erection and operation of building. Three-dimensional modules are arranged in two rows and installed one upon other according to number of stories. Modules are connected to each other over horizontal and vertical lines. Arranged between inner end faces of modules is common corridor. Modules of even stories of both rows are joined through their inner faces by means of spatial units which are equal to them in cross-section. Three-dimensional modules of each odd story of single row are connected with three-dimensional modules of upper located even stories of second row and create together common volume of premises in apartments in two levels with their window openings located in opposite sides. Corridors between inner end faces of three-dimensional modules are created only in odd stories. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 dwg
