FIELD: medicine; oncology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for preoperative differential diagnostics of cancer. Electrocardiograms are taken using a three-electrode cable with two electrodes placed on the patient’s chest in the area of the 4th intercostal space to the left and right of the sternum and a third electrode in the area of the projection of the heart with a sensitivity of the electrocardiosignal of 1,000±3 Hz. Three tests are performed sequentially: a pA test, a background Ph test, then a test in which the patients take a deep breath, hold their breath and exhale normally. Then the indicators SDNN, ARA,σ s, σm are determined for each sample: with the values of indicators in all three samples forσ s andσ m ≤ 0.01 s, for SDNN ≤ 0.015 s, for ARA ≤ 0.02 s, a high risk of developing papillary thyroid cancer is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method of preoperative differential diagnosis of papillary thyroid cancer is non-invasive and provides a high degree of reliability.
