SUBSTANCE: device includes metering roll 34 with pins and roll 36 with pins for fiber separation. Rolls are rotated in opposite directions and having fixed position of supports. Roll 36 for final separation is located near casing 41 with many slots 42 and removing roll 43 with pins which may rotate in any direction and its position of support is regulated relative to roll 36. Feeder 38 has surface 39 located at crossing of metering roll 34 and roll 36 for final separation. Surface 39 is located near roll 36 and corresponds to its surface.
